Responsibilities
In this position you will work as a Building Services Planner (HLSK) in our STF Energy business unit and take responsibility for planning various large-scale building services projects – with a specialization in HLSK.
The projects include public buildings such as railway stations, schools/childcare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
You will independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
You will independently produce floor plans, schematics and section views.
For our building services planning we use digital twins – fully digital representations of the buildings whose BIM models form the basis of our planning.
You will be in regular close contact with our electrical planners, project managers and your HLSK colleagues.
You will participate in weekly project and status meetings.
Requirements
You should have professional experience in building services engineering (TGA), e.g. in HLSK specialist planning, technical system planning, technical drafting, engineering design or a similar role.
Ideally you have already gained experience across the disciplines (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
You have completed an (engineering) degree with a Bachelor, Master or Diplom, focused on building services/energy supply technology or a similar field OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the trades (HLSK).
Through previous roles or your training you already have user-level experience with industry-specific CAD software (e.g. Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering/estimation software (such as OrcaAVA or similar).
To ensure optimal communication between all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
