About the role
- To be the local representative on the shop floor to drive sales, and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and any special projects
- Proactively communicate any challenges and/or opportunities for improvement and expansion
- Analyze and review sales figures and develop strategies to improve performance
- Responsible for vendor reporting, direct vendor relationship, vendor visits, autonomy for merchandising, dress code expectations
- Monitor and communicate product in-stock positions, ensuring that stock levels are appropriate at all times
- Assist in the maintenance of TS/RP’s for all locations
- Maximize sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation in all locations
- Implement marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinate teams
- Ensure merchandise is neat, clean and fully stocked in all locations
- Oversee product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers
- Observe and maintain store loss prevention and security procedures and report any security breaches or issues
- Ensures all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience
- Well organized
- Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives
- Relationship oriented (internally and externally)
- Confident, articulate and energetic
- Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
