Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility to develop new, cloud-based microservices and features based on latest methodologies.
- Work with cloud architects and cloud engineers to find efficient solutions for automation requirements.
- Break down designs and product goals into small, testable, and shippable components.
- Continuously deploy frontend features while considering different backend lifetimes and versions.
- Build and maintain tools and processes to support the infrastructure as well as a resilience monitoring system for our cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and implement automated tests to guarantee the reliability and stability of the software.
- Create comprehensive documentation for developed tools, features, and processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#, .Net, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar.
- Several years of experience in cloud-native development using services equivalent to S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, VPC, Fargate, or Glue.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Business fluent in English.
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
