About the role
- Backend Developer for Storyclash optimizing Real-time-Scraping-Engine. Implementing API and maintaining internal systems in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and optimization of our real-time scraping engine
- Implement and scale the Backend API for Storyclash
- Own internal support channels
- Monitor and maintain systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, Git and SQL
- Passion for modern web technologies
- Experience with test frameworks
- Experience consuming APIs
- Great to have (but not required): knowledge of Linux, XML/JSON and REST services
- Experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
- Experience with Python for data mining / big data
- Experience maintaining and improving existing AI applications
