Requirements
Risk Management and Control: Prior audit (internal or external) or risk assurance experience.
Strong track record of delivering risk and control assurance work that is impactful, insightful and valued by stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of insurance, pensions or investments products.
Project Delivery: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to take ownership and prioritise your work effectively to ensure it is delivered on time.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to understand and interpret Group and Business Unit Strategy and connect this to audit delivery to develop relevant insights.
Be willing to take on new challenges and take ownership of your own growth and development.
Data Analytics: The ability to analyse, understand and communicate data as information, and to use data to drive effective audit outcomes.
