Responsibilities
Support the growth of organic search performance across T-Mobile’s digital properties
Collaborate with SEO Managers and cross-functional partners to execute optimizations, conduct research, and deliver insights
Identify opportunities to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through data-driven recommendations
Assist the team in executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand T-Mobile’s organic search presence across platforms
Work cross-functionally on aspects of SEO including keyword research, content strategy, and implementation of on-page SEO tactics
Develop relevant and consistent reporting and data visualizations to support business conversations and decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and/or commensurate combination of education and experience
1–3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house) or a closely related digital marketing/analytics role
Foundational knowledge across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, STAT, or enterprise-level SEO platforms
Experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, and other analytics platforms
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities
Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
