About the role
- Assist in the development and deployment of models
- Support the design and implementation of pipelines for model fine-tuning and evaluation
- Help in developing prompt engineering strategies and embedding techniques
- Contribute to the prototyping of applications that address business challenges
- Participate in model performance evaluation and assist in bias/fairness assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support model inference and monitoring
- Stay updated on AI/ML/GenAI trends and tools, and share insights with the team
- Engage in learning opportunities and mentorship from senior data scientists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Physics or a closely related field
- 1+ year of experience in data science or machine learning
- 1+ year of experience in programming in Python and familiarity with data engineering workflows (e.g., Spark, Airflow, SQL)
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with platform infrastructure experience: Kubernetes, containerization, Infrastructure as Code capabilities
