About the role

Technical maintenance and continuous development of an assigned portfolio of buildings
Planning, management and supervision of renovation and modernization projects, with a focus on energy-efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings
Conducting condition surveys as well as planning and cost estimation of construction measures
Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and construction schedules
Coordination with authorities and local stakeholders
Coordination and supervision of construction processes, including schedule, cost and quality control
Close coordination with the commercial department
Communication with tenants, contractors and authorities

Requirements

Degree in a technical field related to construction (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or qualification as a building technician / construction technician (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in planning and managing construction work on existing buildings, primarily in the area of energy-related building renovations
In-depth experience in preparing specifications/bills of quantities
Experience in the residential property/housing sector
Ideally experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Structured working style and good time-management skills
Reliable and communicative personality
