- Gerenciar riscos e mudanças de escopo em conjunto com os gestores;

- Apoiar o PMO na padronização de processos e boas práticas de gestão de projetos;
- Facilitar a comunicação entre as equipes técnicas e de negócio;
- Utilizar ferramentas como Asana, Power BI, Excel, MS Project ou similares para acompanhamento e controle.
Requirements
- Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, TI, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas afins;
- Experiência prévia como Analista de Projetos ou PMO;
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e tradicionais (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.);
- Habilidade em elaboração de relatórios e apresentações executivas;
- Boa comunicação, organização e visão analítica.
