About the role

  • Localize Edelman’s global AI vision into MIDDLE EAST-specific initiatives and priorities.
  • Partner with client, sector, and specialty leads to embed AI tools and practices into everyday work.
  • Roll out proprietary AI solutions (Archie, Trust Stream, custom content models, agentic workflows) with clear adoption targets by practice and account.
  • Coordinate the MIDDLE EAST AI Ambassador network, delivering or orchestrating tailored enablement and AI fluency training.
  • Act as a visible role model for AI adoption through showcases, training sessions, and internal communications that highlight team successes.
  • Apply the Account-Based Transformation framework to MIDDLE EAST accounts, auditing workflows, piloting automation, and creating lighthouse cases.
  • Support change management programs to integrate AI into ways of working and commercial processes.
  • Share market insights and adoption progress with the EMEA Chief AI Officer and EMEA AI Leads team to strengthen cross-market learning.
  • Create and execute a MIDDLE EAST market change plan, including stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, role-based communications trainings, and reinforcement, using a recognized methodology (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to drive sustained behavior change.
  • Define and track adoption KPIs and leading indicators and conduct monthly “AI Ways of Working” reviews.
  • Support pitches and scopes with AI-enabled offerings and help position solutions for clients.
  • Support the market launch of GEOSight and contribute to lighthouse engagements generating proof points and case studies.
  • Advise client teams on AI Adoption journeys in the Marketing and Communication sector, leveraging Edelman’s IP on Trustworthy AI transformation and change.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in consulting, marketing, communications, or digital transformation, with hands-on exposure to AI or automation.
  • Experience supporting client delivery and contributing to pitches or business development.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, workflow automation, and data-driven communications (coding not required).
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at driving adoption and change in multi-team environments.
  • Familiar with offering design, pricing discussions, and efficiency measurement.
  • Builder mindset, pragmatic, and quick to pilot new solutions.
  • Collaborative and hands-on, with a focus on team enablement.
