About the role

Responsibilities
- Rapidly conceptualize, design, and develop POC applications using AI-assisted development environments
- Use tools such as Cursor, Replit, Copilot, or similar to accelerate coding, debugging, and system design
- Build front-end prototypes (React, Vite, Next.js, etc.) and back-end services (Node.js, Express, Python, etc.) to demonstrate feasibility
- Integrate with APIs, cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI models for end-to-end functional demos
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to refine concepts and translate them into visual, interactive outputs
- Document prototypes clearly for handoff to engineering or product teams
- Continuously explore new AI coding tools and methodologies to improve development speed and creativity
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience (full-stack preferred)
- Proven experience with AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, Replit, Copilot, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, or Next.js) and one back-end framework (Express, FastAPI, Flask, or NestJS)
- Experience developing rapid POCs or MVPs with short turnaround times
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and authentication flows
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for visual presentation and user experience
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivoting quickly between ideas
