About the role

Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Cloud-Architektur und AI
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie mindestens einer weiteren höheren Programmiersprache (C#, Java)
- Praktische Erfahrung im Design, der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von AI-Agenten und MCP-Servern, idealerweise in produktiven Umgebungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Agentic-AI-Frameworks wie LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen oder vergleichbaren
- Vertraut mit der Umsetzung von semantischen Suchsystemen, Embeddings, Vektor-Datenbanken und RAG-Konzepten
- Du denkst in Systemen und beherrschst den gesamten Lifecycle von Agentenlösungen – inkl. Testing, Monitoring, Logging und Kostenbewusstsein
- Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps oder AWS, CI/CD
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microservices (z. B. mit ASP.NET Core)
- Kenntnisse in Machine Learning, LLMs, Prompt Engineering sowie den Umgang mit Modellen wie GPT oder Claude
- Code Kenntnisse in SQL, MongoDB, Linux, IT-Infrastruktur sind ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1, besser muttersprachlich) sind zwingend erforderlich
