About the role
- Lead successful implementation of ThetaRay’s AI-driven solutions with global financial institutions
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE)
- Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions
- Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 3–5 years experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation
- Hands-on technical skills: Python, SQL (Big Data, Spark, or cloud platforms – advantage)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Interest or experience in financial crime & compliance (AML, Fraud, Sanctions, KYC) – strong advantage
