About the role

Responsibilities
- Specify the system’s operation
- Architect and explain the interactions between the different equipment that make up the system and with external equipment to our solution
- Draft the System Specification Document (SSS)
- Define the physical interface characteristics with external equipment
- Define and develop communication protocols between system elements and external systems
- Participate in and lead technical meetings across disciplines
- Draft the system test document called SyFTP
- Participate in system testing in the laboratory or at the client site
- Support tender responses by proposing appropriate architectures
- Ensure requirements traceability
- Participate in document reviews
- Configuration management
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in electronics/embedded systems (Bac+5, engineering school)
- Proven significant experience in a similar role within a highly regulated environment (ideally aerospace or a similar industry)
- Knowledge of aerospace standards DO-178B or DO-178C
- Familiarity with the V-model — requirements and traceability
- Significant experience in the aerospace industry or a similar industrial environment
- Good command of English (technical communication, written and spoken)
- Team player: methodical and rigorous, with adaptability and the ability to anticipate
