TASC

• Execute end to end regulatory control testing, assessing both design adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls across regions and business lines, in alignment with RCA procedures, test script templates, walkthrough protocols, and remediation standards.
• Document all testing activities clearly and consistently, ensuring workpapers, evidence, and testing results meet audit ready expectations and are accurately maintained within Mastercard’s Global Risk and Compliance platform.
• Conduct walkthroughs with Control Performers, gather required documentation, validate control execution, and identify gaps, weaknesses, or inconsistencies that require remediation.
• Support the development of corrective action plans, working with Control Performers to validate timely and effective remediation of identified deficiencies.
• Promote standardization and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine testing approaches, templates, methodologies, and underlying processes.
• Collaborate cross functionally with teams in finance, technology, legal, risk management, and operational teams.
