Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing frameworks across Zurich’s life businesses
- Carry out expert review and give guidance on complex cases, providing high quality, value creating underwriting input
- Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, underwriting practices, and the use of analytics to improve consistency and outcomes across markets
- Strengthen local underwriting capabilities through targeted training, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Perform technical underwriting and portfolio reviews, identifying emerging risks and recommending actionable improvements
Requirements
- Solid experience (5+ years) in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting within life, disability and health insurance or reinsurance
- Actuarial training is an advantage
- Strong background in data and analytics with proven ability to translate technical insights into clear underwriting recommendations
- Experience working across markets and cultures in an international environment
- Deep understanding of group protection products and scheme underwriting principles
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
