Responsibilities
- Combine creative and analytical thinking to drive solutions
- Support research processes (feasibility analysis, strategic market planning, demand/supply considerations, etc.)
- Conduct primary and secondary research on residential real estate industry and demographic trends, market conditions, interviews, and site visits
- Analyze and synthesize market data into actionable recommendations
- Create exhibit packages for consulting assignments
- Prepare and present findings to the project teams and advisory leaders and engage with clients
- Contribute to internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or the home-building industry preferred
- Ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels
- Limited travel (usually not more than 10%), with a valid driver’s license for field work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual
