About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of GCP-native solutions for large-scale enterprise platforms
- Architect and develop cloud-native applications using Java and Python
- Provide technical leadership across complex development projects, ensuring best practices in architecture and code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML, QA, and data engineering teams
- Guide teams in implementing scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems
- Mentor developers and support the adoption of modern engineering practices, and review and approve code
- Act as Product Owner to the internal design team, creating and maintaining the sprint backlog for development
- Create user stories with low-level design for implementation
Requirements
- Strong experience building GCP-native solutions
- Advanced development experience with Java and Python
- Experience in developing REST-based microservices
- Experience in developing AI agents using Google ADK or Langchain
- Experience leading complex software development projects or teams
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns
- Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data processing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development tooling
