About the role
- CFO and mandate manager supporting digital SMEs and startups. Responsible for client mandates and leading financial projects.
Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for your own client mandates — both professionally and personally
- Support our SME and startup clients as an external CFO (and mandate manager)
- Lead projects on various client engagements in the finance/governance context
- Manage client mandates including annual financial statements, tax returns, etc.
- Provide professional leadership and mentorship to colleagues
Requirements
- Formal finance qualification (university degree, certified auditor (WP), STEX, or equivalent)
- Several years of hands-on experience with mandate responsibility — including annual financial statements, taxes and direct client management
- Extensive experience advising entrepreneurs in complex situations such as financing rounds, restructurings or OR 725 matters
- Strong digital competence
- Proven leadership qualities and a passion for direct client interaction
