About the role
- (Junior) Application Lifecycle Management Consultant at an agile IT consultancy for automotive industry transformation. Handling ALM solutions with emphasis on client process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assume the expert role for the ALM solutions in use (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM and Atlassian JIRA)
- Design and improve processes and tool landscapes in the ALM area
- Support client-side projects, ensuring quality and adherence to processes
- Assist customers in executing their projects and advise on questions related to processes and tools
- Rapid onboarding into ALM consulting with certification as an Application Consultant
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field (or demonstrably equivalent qualification)
- Ideally, knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management processes (above all Change Control/Request Management)
- Experience with various ALM solutions (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Atlassian JIRA) or a strong interest in them
- Strong communication skills and client focus
- German language skills of at least C1 level and English language skills of at least B2 level
