About the role
- Junior Application Lifecycle Management Consultant improving ALM processes for premium automakers Audi and Volkswagen. Collaborating on client projects and ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Take on the expert role for the ALM solutions in use (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM and Atlassian JIRA)
- Design and improve processes and tool landscapes in the ALM area
- Support and accompany client-side projects and ensure quality assurance
- Advise and assist customers in executing their projects
- Provide a fast entry into ALM consulting and train to become a certified Application Consultant
Requirements
- Completed degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a comparable field (or demonstrably equivalent qualification)
- Ideally: knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management processes (especially Change Control/Request Management)
- Experience with various ALM solutions (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Atlassian JIRA) or strong interest in gaining experience
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- German language skills at C1 level and English at B2 level are obligatory
