About the role

Responsibilities

  • play a pivotal role in shaping visual storytelling behind campaigns in the UK market
  • translate brand and product stories into bold, emotionally resonant ideas
  • lead projects from concept to completion, guiding art direction, design, and production
  • balance hands-on design excellence with leadership responsibility, mentoring designers and art directors
  • partner with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Customer Engagement to ensure creative aligns with strategic and market goals
  • collaborate with analytics and performance teams to test, refine, and optimize creative for measurable impact

Requirements

  • background in creative or art direction roles within an agency or in-house environment
  • experience leading campaign work at scale
  • strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, design craft, and conceptual thinking
  • proven ability to manage creative teams and guide multiple projects simultaneously
  • deep understanding of integrated campaign production, from ideation through to execution
  • experience developing creative for UK or EMEA markets while collaborating with global brand teams
  • excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across senior stakeholders
