About the role
- Senior Fullstack Engineer focusing on backend Java development and frontend Vue.js applications with a fintech global team.
Responsibilities
- Realize and implement complex projects primarily using Java 11-21
- Architect robust backend services and take responsibility for Frontend (Vue.js)
- Build SPA applications that interact seamlessly with REST APIs
- Participate actively in conceptual and agile development process
- Take ownership of high code quality and ensure on-time and bug-free completion of software projects
- Address tech debt in older projects while ensuring new features utilize current web standards and latest technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Deep know-how in Java 11-21 and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with Virtual Threads and Reactive Programming
- Understanding of MongoDB and Cassandra
- Solid understanding of frontend development with Vue.js, TypeScript, and Pinia
- Experience in TDD (Unit testing with JUnit for Backend, Jest/Vitest for UI)
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
- Experience in agile software development (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong communication skills
