About the role
- Logistics Coordinator managing customs and logistics for KRESS and WORX in DACH and Benelux regions. Responsible for compliance and oversight in international supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for logistics handling for KRESS and WORX in the DACH and Benelux regions
- Preparation of export documents and handling of dangerous goods matters
- Identification and maintenance of HS codes
- Responsibility as Export Control Officer for development, implementation and oversight of customs and export control processes
- Point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders on customs and foreign trade matters
- Management of goods receipt and coordination with external service providers
- Ensuring accurate inventory records in the SAP system
- Proactive support to prevent out-of-stock situations
- Preparation and support for audits and external inspections
Requirements
- Commercial training, degree in logistics, foreign trade, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in customs, export control and/or logistics
- Good understanding of customs and foreign trade processes as well as export control requirements
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident demeanor and clear communication
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP
