About the role
- Agave Master Brand Ambassador engaging bartenders and consumers to promote PATRON brand. Collaborating with teams to execute strategies and managing a focused account list.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agave Masters Lead trainer for product launches and major distributor/BUSA meetings if Nat’l BA is not available.
- Collaborate with TEAM leadership, commercial team, and brand team to deliver brand plans.
- Manage and collaborate with on-premise & retail partners.
- Generate awareness for PATRON by educating bartenders in the on-trade channel.
- Manage a focused account list of 30 accounts in the on-premise channel.
- Focus on education and engagement around PATRON.
- Actively use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement.
- Gather information from the market and transform into insights for the brand.
- Lead projects with disruptive ideas for PATRON.
- Deliver brand programming that connects to on-trade & key customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bartender and/or Hospitality management experience.
- Bar manager/beverage director/on premise consultant experience and/or 5+ years in hospitality.
- Preferred brand ambassador experience.
- Expertise & passion in the hospitality industry.
- Proactive communicator.
- Comfortable speaking to small groups.
- Great with people; from bartenders to consumers.
- Event management or promotional background is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales preferred.
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred.
- Sound financial skills and experience managing a budget.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
