About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain frameworks and services which support the delivery of Workday Agents.
- Identify pain-points in the Developer Experience, both internal and external, propose and implement solutions.
- Improve CI/CD and testing workflows and pipelines.
- Build tools for interacting with development environments.
- Architect new, and simplify old authentication schemes for agents.
- Integrate the agent platform with legacy systems.
- Improve agent observability, debugging, test frameworks.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering in a modern programming language (Typescript, Rust, Go, Python, etc.)
- Experience with LLM Agent frameworks such as Langgraph
- Experience with LLM Agent Protocols such as MCP and A2A
- Experience with OAuth authentication schemes
