- Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options

- Own documentation for assigned projects
- Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
- Configure platform modules to meet business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business and IT
- Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Mentor other team members as needed
