About the role
- Junior Data Analyst at WMS focusing on data analysis and insights for client reports. Responsible for creating presentations, dashboards, and providing strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of results;
- Provide business, media, and web analytics insights for the brands served;
- Participate in client meetings;
- Build presentations and reports of the studies conducted;
- Creation of dashboards. Automation and optimization of routines;
- Recommend improvements aimed at performance gains;
- Development of operational and management reports;
- Analyze the user experience on the website;
- Market and competitor analysis;
- Work collaboratively with all disciplines;
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights;
- Build presentations and reports of the studies conducted.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with Google Analytics 4;
- Preferred knowledge in data visualization (Looker/Power BI);
- Preferred experience with testing tools;
- Knowledge of data integrations;
