- We already have strong technical and BD support in place; now we need a leader who can sell, inspire, and deliver.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in civil, site or residential development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong connections and proven experience in the Charlotte market
- A portfolio of successful local projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience
- 9+ years of engineering or related experience
- Professional Engineer's License
- Experience and connections in the Charlotte, NC market
- Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, communicative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching
- Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
- Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships
