Responsibilities
- Assume technical leadership for our backend solutions
- Support the delivery of innovative, tailor-made IT services
- Act as the technical point of contact for our customers
- Orchestrate all phases of the lifecycle of our backend solutions, their products and services
- Implement customer projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain thorough operations and project documentation, as well as status reports
- Contribute to shaping our product portfolio and service offerings
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in designing and operating Microsoft-based solutions
- Strong familiarity with both public cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures
- Ideally, proven knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and certifications for the products in use
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Structured, responsible working style and solid project management skills
- High level of commitment and regular on-call availability
- Conversationally fluent German and English, both spoken and written
