Requirements
Several years of professional experience in designing and operating Microsoft-based solutions
Strong familiarity with both public cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures
Ideally, proven knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and certifications for the products in use
Willingness to obtain required certifications
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Structured, responsible working style and solid project management skills
High level of commitment and regular on-call availability
Conversationally fluent German and English, both spoken and written
