About the role
- Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) für die ambulante 1:1 Kinderintensivpflege im Wichtelteam. Betreuung schwerstkranker Kinder in stationären Einrichtungen und häuslichem Umfeld.
Responsibilities
- Basic and therapeutic nursing care (e.g., oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitor surveillance)
- Nursing documentation
- Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
- Communication with family members
- Emergency management
Requirements
- State-certified nurse / registered nurse (m/f/d) — all specialties or generalist qualification accepted
- No prior experience in pediatrics or out-of-hospital intensive care required
- Basic course for nurses in out-of-hospital ventilation/pediatrics can be completed within the first six months after starting employment
