Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects
- Decompose and translate technical and process requirements from contracts, codes, and standards into I&C-specific requirements
- Apply fundamental engineering principles to develop technical solutions and support design decisions
- Support configuration management and requirements management activities
- Assist in verification and validation planning and execution
- Prepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities
- Provide labor and cost estimates for project scopes
- Facilitate technical discussions between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate analyses, results, and implementation plans effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and delivering solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of applicable experience required
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with complex I&C systems (preferred)
- Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts (preferred)
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis (preferred)
- Experience with data entry and database management
