Responsibilities
Define Design & Delivery Strategies.
Develop strategies for Nuclear Island (NI) design and delivery.
Develop strategies for Turbine Island (TI) design and delivery.
Define and maintain the design baseline and standard Index of Engineering Documents based on standard product definition
Shape strategies for metrication and requirements management
Lead main technical teams, providing oversight while delegating work and mentoring team members
Provide technical guidance, direction, and collaborate with other personnel including partners suppliers, fabricators, and customers
Identify and define technical risks and challenges, direct efforts to successful resolution
Requirements
BS in Engineering, MS in Engineering
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a technical leadership role, either as a technical lead or project manager
Experience in AP1000 plant or new nuclear plant design
Experience in multiple engineering disciplines and process development/improvement preferred
