Responsibilities
Implement and maintain integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects.
Decompose and translate technical and process requirements from contracts, codes, and standards into I&C-specific requirements.
Apply fundamental engineering principles to develop technical solutions and support design decisions.
Support configuration management and requirements management activities.
Assist in verification and validation planning and execution.
Prepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities.
Provide labor and cost estimates for project scopes.
Facilitate technical discussions between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communicate analyses, results, and implementation plans effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and delivering solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Minimum 3 years of applicable experience required
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with complex I&C systems (preferred)
Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts (preferred)
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis (preferred)
Experience with data entry and database management
