Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on legal support with a primary focus on product liability litigation and claims management.
- Manage product liability litigation and claims involving access equipment and climbing products.

- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to support defenses and implement preventative practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advise HR and management on employment law matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 15–20 years of legal experience, with significant experience in product liability litigation
- Working knowledge of commercial contracting, business counseling, and employment law
- Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation and working effectively with outside counsel
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI ‑ enabled legal tools, analytics, or knowledge management systems
