- Inbound Program Manager for international students in Denmark managing local coordinators and supporting their work with schools and host families. Collaborating with the international team to improve systems and student welfare.
Responsibilities
- Udvikle og lede et netværk af lokale koordinatorer i Danmark
- Etablere nye partnerskaber med lokale skoler (offentlige, private og friskoler)
- Træne og vejlede lokale koordinatorer
- Udvikle programmet i samarbejde med et erfarent internationalt team
- Give støtte til koordinatorer, elever og værtsfamilier, der oplever udfordringer under programmet
- Udarbejde træningsmateriale til koordinatorer baseret på eksisterende ressourcer fra andre WEP lande
- Gennemgå ansøgninger og udarbejde profiler til at lette søgningen efter værtsfamilier
- Rådgive koordinatorer om rekruttering af værtsfamilier
Requirements
- Passion for sprog, udveksling og andre kulturer
- Flydende dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale
- Betydelig erfaring i en lignende rolle
- Viden om børnevelfærd
- Stærke kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner
- Empati og evnen til at arbejde roligt under pres
- Evnen til både at arbejde i et team og løse problemer selvstændigt
