About the role

• Bauingenieur mit Bauvorlageberechtigung verantwortlich für Hochbauprojekte im Energiesektor. Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Bauvorhaben mit den Stakeholdern.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization, planning and design of above-ground building projects in the energy sector up to the stage of building permit submission
• Coordination with clients, project owners, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Preparation of construction documents and specifications (bill of quantities)
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications – construction supervision

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
• Authorized to submit building documents (Bauvorlageberechtigung), or demonstrable fulfillment of all requirements to obtain this authorization
• Solid technical knowledge and professional experience
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, at CEFR level C1
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication systems)
• Driving license class B (car)
