About the role

- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications – construction supervision
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
- Authorized to submit building documents (Bauvorlageberechtigung), or demonstrable fulfillment of all requirements to obtain this authorization
- Solid technical knowledge and professional experience
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, at CEFR level C1
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication systems)
- Driving license class B (car)
