About the role
- Architect or Civil Engineer with responsibilities in designing and planning renewable energy and transport infrastructures. Collaborates with clients and stakeholders throughout project phases.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization, planning and design of building construction projects up to the level required for building permit submission
- Coordination with clients, building owners, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Preparation of construction documents and bill of quantities/specifications
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications – site supervision
Requirements
- University or technical college degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline
- Solid technical knowledge and professional experience are an advantage, but recent graduates will also find a rewarding entry-level position with us
- Due to regular contact with clients, building owners and authorities, very good German language skills (written and spoken) are required (minimum CEFR level B2) — a corresponding proof (e.g., language certificate, school or degree certificate in German) should be attached to the application or credibly demonstrated during the interview
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication systems)
- Driver’s license class B
