About the role

Responsibilities
- Konzeptionierung, Planung und Entwurf von Hochbauvorhaben im Energiesektor bis in die Bauantragsreife
- Koordination mit Kunden, Bauherren, Auftragnehmern, Behörden und anderen Stakeholdern während des gesamten Projektablaufs
- Erstellung der Ausführungsunterlagen sowie des Leistungsverzeichnisses
- Durchführung von Baustellenbesuchen, um die Einhaltung von Baustandards und -spezifikationen sicherzustellen – Bauüberwachung
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Studienrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
- Bauvorlageberechtigt oder alle Voraussetzungen zur Erlangung der Bauvorlageberechtigung nachweisbar
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf dem Niveau C1
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project, Projektkommunikationssystem)
- Führerschein Klasse B
