About the role

  • TI Development Coordinator at Webmotors driving technology and innovation through leadership and collaborative efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for connecting deliveries to goals;
  • Coordinates the team's work;
  • Assigns roles and responsibilities to team members;
  • Participates in recruitment and selection processes to form teams;
  • Evaluates professionals' profiles to achieve objectives;
  • Plans deliveries;
  • Manages processes for their teams;
  • Interfaces with other areas of the company;
  • Monitors technical, business and productivity KPIs;
  • Identifies new business opportunities and shares them with the teams;
  • Reports on the progress of their teams' activities;
  • Negotiates resource allocation for development;
  • Develops people using feedback tools, evaluations and PDI (Individual Development Plans).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields;
  • Two years or more in leadership positions;
  • Management and development of multidisciplinary teams;
  • Development of mechanisms to improve the developer experience during the adoption of testing;
  • Lead strategic agendas;
  • Build, engage, report, track and perform actions that enhance the area's objectives;
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date strategy aligned with strategic objectives and OKRs;
  • Estimation techniques;
  • Agile methodologies;
  • Software engineering processes;
  • Product management;
  • Promote an environment of innovation and results-oriented focus.
