- Create and produce dynamic content across static, video, motion, animation, and GenAI-powered formats.

- Champion the user mindset (creators, viewers, fans), grounding design decisions in user behaviour and insights.
- Confidently sell in design thinking and creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, and cross-functional partners, while owning projects as a high-performing individual contributor.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a creative studio, agency, or in-house environment, with a strong focus on branding and graphic design.
- Deep curiosity about creative technology, with a strong interest in AI and emerging tools.
- Proven experience leading original work and localisation projects, ideally across regional or APAC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of pop culture, fandoms, and diverse communities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
