Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining automated test cases for various applications
- System integration and functional testing using suitable tools
- Creating structured test cases, reviewing results and preparing clear reports for teams and stakeholders
- Collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to identify, document and resolve quality-related issues
- Increase testing coverage and efficiency across engagements
- Planning and quality discussions to align testing activities with project goals and client expectations
Requirements
- You have a university degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
- Proficient in utilizing test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, XRay and automation tools including Selenium and Playwright
- Skilled in implementing and maintaining automated test suites using TestNG, JUnit, Maven and Postman
- Able to read and understand code written in Java, JavaScript, or Python and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON
- Writing simple database queries to support comprehensive test validation
- 4+ years of experience in software testing or test automation
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
- Speak fluent business English and German and enjoy occasional travel to customers.
