- Accountable for meeting objectives regarding budget, schedule, quality, and risks
- Holistic planning and control of projects using traditional, hybrid, or agile methodologies
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring clear structures and efficient collaboration
- Advising business and executive stakeholders and developing solution-oriented approaches
- Reporting to steering committees and executive management, ensuring transparent decision-making processes
- Early identification of risks and proactive measures for quality assurance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading complex projects
- Proven end-to-end accountability (objectives, budget, timeline, quality, risks)
- Successful responsibility for multiple projects in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of core insurance processes and their IT support/landscapes
- Experienced in managing demanding stakeholders and confident communicating at management level
- Ideally experience in traditional management consulting or comparable projects
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style, with clear prioritization and expectation management
- Business-fluent German and strong English
- Willingness to travel for project work
