About the role

• Consultant supporting customer sales and procurement digitalization processes based on SAP S/4HANA at Wavestone. Lead projects and manage entire project cycles for SAP transformation.

Responsibilities

• You advise and support our clients in digitizing their sales and procurement processes and implement solutions based on SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement — on-premise or in the cloud.
• You lead (sub-)projects to migrate existing systems to a new S/4HANA environment.
• You manage the entire project lifecycle — from fit-gap analysis and roadmap development to rollout of the new system.
• As an innovation driver, you anticipate client needs and actively contribute to the continuous development of our service portfolio.
• You help position our consulting services, identify business opportunities, and pursue them with the support of your coach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting on SAP implementation and optimization projects in the procurement area.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP MM and/or SD modules, with a strong understanding of cross-functional processes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to successfully translate business requirements into solutions.
• Proactive work style and initiative to advance topics and actively shape the team’s growth.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP CS, QM, or PM is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for customer-site project assignments.
• Fluent German and English.
