About the role

Responsibilities
- You shape the digital transformation of grid planning, grid operations and asset management — strategically, process-wise and technologically.
- You analyze and optimize key systems in the Smart Grid environment — e.g. IoT, SCADA, EDM/MDM, grid planning and grid calculation tools.
- You advise at the interface between business units, IT and management — with a focus on end-to-end processes and reliable data flows.
- You support clients in building outcome-oriented asset management — with a focus on efficiency, operational reliability and economic value.
- You confidently lead complex projects to success — with technical depth, methodological clarity and a strong sense of client needs.
- You develop existing client relationships and proactively identify new consulting opportunities.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting or in transformation projects within the energy sector — particularly focused on grid operations, grid planning or grid control.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems used in the energy industry — in particular SCADA, EDM/MDM and grid planning and grid calculation tools.
- Experience working at the interface between business units and IT, as well as in managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working approach and enthusiasm for innovation and digital solutions.
- Fluency in German and English as well as willingness to travel complete your profile.
