About the role
- Managing Consultant Reinsurance leading projects on digital transformation and modernization. Collaborating with reinsurance clients across multiple European countries to develop future business models.
Responsibilities
- Managing Consultant Reinsurance (all genders) in Germany, Spain, Italy, Romania, Poland, Austria, Switzerland.
- Expect exciting projects focusing on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.
- Support and advise reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their assumed or retro reinsurance business (P&C and L&H).
- Support the entire lifecycle of system modernization or implementation of state of the art reinsurance platforms including business analysis, system selection, system integration, process engineering and design of target operating models.
- Design end-to-end solutions within the areas of Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting and Finance.
- Take over leadership responsibility for younger colleagues in the team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or specialty/commercial business.
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willingness to travel (from time to time) within Europe.
