Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and building large-scale, distributed backend systems, preferably using Java and related technologies.
- Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions, and influencing engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design, with exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as product, DevOps, and QA) to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-critical applications for performance, reliability, and security.
