About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop state of the art techniques in machine learning, personalization and recommendation systems
- Design, implement and own machine learning approaches including deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Work with other tech leads on initiatives and priorities
- Develop data models based on new data insights
- Design and iterate on data models
- Accelerate best practices in personalization and item recommendations
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields with practical experience
- Expertise in machine learning, statistics, personalization and item recommendation algorithms
- Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning & deep learning models
- Experience in designing and deploying highly scalable Recommenders Systems for e-commerce
- Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas
- Exceptional business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and written skills
