Responsibilities
- Experience as a video editor or motion designer for editorial, lifestyle, or entertainment brands, or projects with a social, human-centered approach.
- In this team you will be responsible for transforming the audiovisual universe into native social media content that is visually relevant and aligned with digital behavior. Acts as the guardian of the brand’s social edits and must have a high sensitivity in editing, since part of the content will be cuts from the catalogue of programs, soap operas, series, and documentaries. Has mastery of editing, cutting, assembly, motion design, and a refined design aesthetic (typography, color composition, multi-format layout vision) and ensures visual consistency not only of the pieces but of the narrative.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in tools such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut, with a keen eye for composition, typography, cutting rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Sensitivity to transform dialogue and program excerpts into visual pieces that respect the content and elevate its communicative power, without resorting to visual excesses or techniques that dilute the meaning.
- Organization, autonomy, and time management to handle the entire lifecycle of a piece: from editing to finishing and publishing.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with copywriters, leaders, and partner teams, receiving and applying feedback with maturity and a collaborative mindset.
