Responsibilities
Conceptualization, design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions in the backend (ABAP, interfaces, data models)
Development of modern frontend solutions based on SAPUI5/Fiori
Programming: SAP S/4HANA-related development and customization tasks
Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed programs
Design and implementation of Fiori applications – planning and conceptualization of migrating existing Web Dynpro applications to standard SAPUI5 applications
Integration of SAP HCM into the existing system landscape as part of the H4/S4 migration
Technical consulting and support for business units in implementing new HR processes
Analysis, optimization and further development of existing SAP HCM applications
Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
Working as part of an agile team
Requirements
Several years of experience as an SAP HCM developer (backend and frontend)
Solid knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO, web services and interface development
Experience with SAPUI5 / Fiori and modern frontend frameworks
Knowledge of H4/S4 transformations desirable
Experience in public sector project environments is an advantage
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment
Experience with Confluence / Jira
Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
